Notes from building a desktop app that posts the listings an agent has permission to market to Facebook Marketplace, on a schedule, with the attribution and the disclosure written on every post.
Permission comes from the agent, from their own brokerage under its rules or in writing from the listing agent or the managing broker. The app writes the lines. It does not obtain the permission and it does not guarantee compliance.
