Choose the listing
Listing records are already loaded. You select a home you have written permission to market.
Check the post
The app fills in the photos, price, your name, the listing brokerage credit, and your configured disclosure line. You approve the details.
Set the schedule
The app publishes through your existing Facebook session. When a Marketplace user sends a message through the post, it goes to the account that published it. That conversation is yours.
Attribution and disclosure

The app adds your name as the agent marketing the home, credits the brokerage that holds the listing, and adds the disclosure line you configured. You get and keep the written permission. You approve the post.
