For licensed agents
Is there software that posts real estate listings to Facebook Marketplace for me?
Yes. Listing AutomatEr is a desktop app for Mac and Windows, with a Chrome extension, that posts the listings an agent has permission to market to Facebook Marketplace on a schedule. Each post carries the agent's name, the listing brokerage credit and the marketing on behalf of disclosure. Live today in Arizona and Colorado. Agents in other states can request their state, and we can bring it live quickly.
What the app does
It writes the post, adds the attribution lines, posts through the agent's own logged in Facebook account on the schedule the agent sets, and routes buyer messages to the agent. The agent chooses which listings go up.
What it does not do
It does not grant permission, and it does not decide which listings an agent may market. The agent confirms their brokerage's rules and gets written permission from any other brokerage first. It makes no promise about leads or income.
Trial and price
There is a 7 day free trial, then $199 a month billed monthly or $149 a month billed yearly. The pricing page is the one source of truth for price. Cancel anytime. No refunds.
