That conversation is yours. It is a normal agent to buyer conversation: answer the question, offer a showing, and when they are ready to work with an agent, that is your buyer broker conversation.

The listing agent stays the contact for the seller. Route anything about the seller's side of the deal to them, and keep your buyer's details between you and your client.
