How do I know I have permission to post a listing?

Listing AutomatEr is built for listings you have permission to market. There are two cases.

• Your brokerage's listings. Follow your brokerage's own rules for marketing its listings. Your broker can tell you what those are.
• Another brokerage's listings. You need explicit permission, usually from the listing agent or the managing broker. It can be per listing or a blanket permission. Keep it in writing.

The app asks you to confirm permission before a post goes out. Filtering the Listings screen to your brokerage is the quickest way to see the ones that fall in the first case.

By default the post names you as the marketing agent and credits the listing brokerage, so the disclosure is in front of the buyer. State advertising rules are your responsibility, and your broker is the right person to ask about them.
