How do I schedule posts for later?

On the Post to Facebook screen you have two buttons.

• Post Now sends the post through the Chrome extension right away, one listing at a time.
• Schedule lets you pick a day and a time. The post goes out then.

Scheduled posts go out from your Facebook session in Chrome, so keep Chrome signed in to Facebook and the desktop app available at the scheduled time. The daily cap still applies, whichever way you queue a post.
