What does the footer on my posts say?

By default a post carries a footer so the buyer knows exactly who is who. It includes:

• Marketed by followed by your name, so buyers know who to contact.
• Listing courtesy of followed by the listing brokerage.
• For a listing from another brokerage, the on behalf disclosure, stating that you are marketing the listing on behalf of the listing brokerage.

For a listing from your own brokerage, there is no on behalf disclosure, since you are not marketing for another brokerage. "Marketed by" still prints.

You see the footer in the preview on the Post to Facebook screen before anything is posted. Check it every time, especially for a listing from another brokerage, where you need permission before you post.

If a footer looks wrong, for example the wrong brokerage name, do not post. Email info@listingautomater.com with a screenshot.
