For licensed agents
Where do the listings in Listing AutomatEr come from?
Listing records are loaded state by state and refreshed on a schedule. In a live state they are already in the app, so there is nothing to import.
What you do in the app
Open Listings or the Map. Filter to your brokerage, or to the listings you have permission to market. Select the ones you want, then choose Post Now or Schedule.
Being in the app is not permission
A home showing in the app does not mean you may market it. The app asks you to confirm you have permission and does not verify it with anyone. A listing held by another brokerage needs written permission first, usually from its listing agent or managing broker.
How the records stay current
Sold and withdrawn homes drop out. A listing the app has not confirmed lately is marked stale and held back.
Your own listing
Use Create Listing to enter a listing of your own, with its photos, and post it the same way.
Common questions
Do I connect a listing feed?
No. Listings for Arizona and Colorado sync into the app on their own, by the state on your profile.
What does each post need?
An address, a price and photos. Marketplace requires those.
The current price and trial length are on the pricing page.

This is general information about how the mechanic works, not legal advice. Real estate advertising rules vary by state and your brokerage's rules are your own. Check both.
