What is Listing AutomatEr?
Listing AutomatEr is a desktop app for Mac and Windows that posts the listings a real estate agent has permission to market to Facebook Marketplace on a schedule. Every post it writes carries the agent's name as the person marketing the home, the brokerage that holds the listing credited as the listing brokerage, and a disclosure line saying the agent is marketing on that brokerage's behalf.
The agent brings the permission and the app writes the lines. It does not obtain permission for you, it does not decide whether you have permission, and it does not make an advertisement compliant. Buyers who see a post message the agent directly on Facebook Marketplace, and the conversation starts there.
Who makes it
Neoasis LLC, in Denver, Colorado. The founder is John Schuch, a former Arizona real estate agent, and he builds it. The company sells one product, a desktop app that posts the listings an agent has permission to market to Facebook Marketplace on a schedule. Where it works
Nationwide. The listing records the app draws from cover the country, so the market you work in is not the thing that decides whether you can use it. What decides it is whether you have permission to market a given home, which is a question for your brokerage and for the brokerage that holds the listing, not for us.
How the permission works
This is the part that matters most and the part the software cannot do for you. It runs in the same order every time.
- Your own brokerage first. Confirm your brokerage allows this kind of marketing outside its own channels. Some allow it broadly, some restrict it, some do not allow it. Their rules are their own and they are the first gate.
- Then the brokerage that holds the listing. For a home listed by a different brokerage, the permission comes from its listing agent or its managing broker, in writing, and the written yes is the thing you keep.
- What a written yes usually contains. The address, or the words all active inventory if they are granting a blanket permission, the window of time the permission covers, and any conditions they attach.
- Per listing or blanket, their call. Some brokerages approve one home at a time. Some grant a standing yes across their inventory. Either is normal and the choice is theirs.
Keep the written yes. If the answer is unclear, ask your managing broker or qualified counsel before you post.
What a post looks like
Three lines go on every post, and the app writes all three so they read the same way every time rather than depending on what you remembered to type at eleven at night.

Names are illustrative. The app fills the lines from the listing record and your profile, and your brokerage's exact required disclosure goes in the footer field once and is appended to every post on Facebook Marketplace.
What it does not do
- It does not grant permission and it does not request permission on your behalf.
- It does not guarantee that a post is compliant. Real estate advertising rules vary by state and by association, and your brokerage has the final word on what your posts must say.
- It does not post to portals or lead platforms. It posts to Facebook Marketplace.
- It does not create accounts. It works from your own Facebook account and your own browser session.
- It does not promise you a buyer, a conversation, or a closing, and nothing on this site does.
