What if my brokerage says no to Marketplace posting?

Then do not post that brokerage's listings that way. Your brokerage sets its own marketing rules, and the answer you get from them is the one that counts.

Ask before you start

Some brokerages allow outside marketing broadly, some limit it, and some do not allow it. Ask your managing broker what your rules are.

Other brokerages are a separate question

A yes from your own brokerage does not cover another brokerage's listing. That needs permission from the listing agent or managing broker.

Keep the answer in writing

A short written reply protects you and settles any later question.

Common questions

Does Listing AutomatEr override a brokerage rule?

No. Permission is the agent's responsibility and the app does not grant or replace it.

Who should I ask about the rules?

Your managing broker, or qualified counsel for legal questions.
