Want these names added for you?
Listing AutomatEr is a desktop app that posts each listing you have permission to market to Facebook Marketplace and writes the Marketed by and Listing courtesy of lines by default. Getting the permission, and how your state's rule applies, stays with you and your broker.

Why the lines change by state
State advertising rules ask for different names. Arizona's rule works from your employing broker. Colorado's works from your Brokerage Firm. Both change when the listing belongs to someone else, and neither hands you a script. So the tool asks for your state first and shows the rule text beside each line, instead of giving a yes or a no.
The lines are not the whole rule. Consent or permission comes first, and a state rule is the floor. Your brokerage can be stricter. The full pages are for Arizona and for Colorado.
Common questions
What has to be on a real estate ad on social media?
It depends on the state. Arizona's rule asks for your employing broker's name and, on property that is the subject of another person's employment agreement, a disclosure. Colorado's rule asks for your Brokerage Firm's name and, when you pass along another Broker's advertising, the owner's Brokerage Firm. Pick your state above to see each line with its rule.
Does the rule set the exact wording?
No. The rule text says what an ad shows and gives no script for these lines. The wording here is ours, built from the rule text, and your broker can ask for different wording.
Does the tool tell me if my ad is fine?
No. It shows rule text and lines worded from it, and leaves the decision with you and your broker.
Do the lines stand in for permission?
No. The rule text asks for consent or permission first, and the tool quotes that part too. Use the lines only on a listing you have permission to market.
