For licensed agents

Does Listing AutomatEr work in my state?

It is live in Arizona and Colorado today. Agents in other states can request their state.

What live means

The app runs on listing records, and those records are loaded state by state. In a live state the listings are already in the app and sync on their own.

If your state is not live yet

The trial page asks for your state. A state that is not open shows a waitlist in place of checkout. Your email goes on the list for that state. The waitlist asks for an email only and nothing is charged.

Inside a live state

Your market is not what decides whether you can use it. What decides it is whether you have permission to market a given home, which is a question for your brokerage and for the brokerage that holds the listing. Coverage depth varies by market.

One state on an account

Pick the state you work, and your account is set up for that one state.

Common questions

Do I pay to join the waitlist?

No. The waitlist asks for an email only and nothing is charged.

Does it work outside the United States?

Not today. Listing data covers Arizona and Colorado only, and the trial opens only for a live state.

Are the advertising rules the same in every state?

No. Posting to Marketplace works the same way everywhere, but advertising rules vary by state and your brokerage's rules are your own. Check both.
