Refund Policy
Listing AutomatEr is a recurring subscription. All charges are final and non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future charges — there is no contract, no cancellation fee, and no penalty. After cancellation you retain access through the end of your current billing period and will not be charged again.
No partial refunds, pro-rated refunds, or money-back guarantees are offered.
Refunds
Refunds are not offered. Cancel any time via app Settings or by emailing john@listingautomater.com to stop future charges.
Subscription
Listing AutomatEr is a monthly or annual subscription billed through Stripe. You are never locked into a contract and can cancel at any time to stop future charges.
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription in two ways:
- From Settings inside the Listing AutomatEr desktop app
- By emailing john@listingautomater.com
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again, and you can continue using the service until that date. No partial-period refunds are provided.
All Charges Are Non-Refundable
All charges are final and non-refundable. This includes partial months of service, unused features, renewals, and periods when you did not use the Service. Cancel any time to stop future charges — there is no contract, no cancellation fee, and no penalty.
Discretionary Exceptions
In rare cases such as duplicate charges or fraudulent transactions, refunds may be issued at our sole discretion. Contact john@listingautomater.com with documentation of the issue. Requests based on change of mind, lack of use, or dissatisfaction with results will not be granted.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us and giving us the opportunity to resolve the issue is a breach of these terms and will result in immediate termination of your subscription and loss of access. We will also contest any chargeback that does not meet the criteria above.
Billing & Security
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never store or have access to your full card number. For billing questions, the contact email is support@listingautomater.com.
