Set your password
This is how you'll manage your team and billing
- 1 Check your inbox for the “Set your password & add your team” email and set your password first.
- 2 The same email + password logs you into both your account dashboard (here on the web) and the desktop app.
Didn't get the email? Check spam, or use the log in page → “Forgot your password?” to set one anytime.
Add your agents to their seats
You're seat 1 — invite the rest of your team
- 1 Open your account dashboard and add each agent by name and email.
- 2 Each agent gets an invite to claim their seat — they set their own password and download the app. No charge to them.
- 3 Need more seats than you bought? Add them right from the dashboard — your monthly total updates automatically.
Set your password first (Step 1), then this is where you invite agents and manage billing.
Set up your own posting
You're seat 1 — you post too, not just manage. Install both:
After installing, sign in with the email and password you set in Step 1 — the same login works on the web and the app.

What each agent does after they accept
How it works: each agent runs the desktop app paired with a Chrome extension. The app handles listings, AI-drafted copy, and scheduling; the extension does the actual posting to Facebook Marketplace from the agent's own browser & Facebook account. You manage seats and billing for everyone from your dashboard — the agents just post.
- 1 Agent accepts the invite, sets a password, and downloads Listing AutomatEr.
- 2 Signs in, completes the ~3-minute setup, and adds the Chrome helper extension.
- 3 Posts their first listing — buyer DMs come straight to them.

Follow these quick steps to get set up
- 1 Open the downloaded file (ListingAutomater.dmg)
- 2 Drag "Listing AutomatEr" to your Applications folder
- 3 Open Listing AutomatEr from your Applications folder
Note: If you see a security prompt, click "Open" to confirm. The app is code-signed and verified by Apple.
- 1 Run the downloaded installer (ListingAutomater-Setup.exe)
- 2 If you see "Windows protected your PC": Click "More info" → Click "Run anyway"
- 3 Follow the installer prompts
Note: This is normal for new software. Listing AutomatEr is digitally signed and verified.
What Happens Next
You're almost ready to start posting
How it works under the hood: Listing AutomatEr is a desktop app paired with a Chrome extension. The desktop app handles your listings, AI-drafted marketing copy, and post scheduling. The Chrome extension is what actually posts to Facebook Marketplace — Meta requires Marketplace posting to go through the browser, so the desktop app drives the extension. Both pieces work together; neither alone is enough.
- 1 Check your inbox for the “Set your password” email and set your password first
- 2 Open the app and sign in with your email and the password you just set
- 3 Complete the quick setup (~3 minutes) — brokerage info, posting preferences, account connection
- 4 Install the Chrome helper extension when the app prompts you (or add it directly from the Chrome Web Store)
- 5 Make sure the Chrome window the app opens is signed into your Facebook account — that's the account your listings will be posted from. The app drives that specific window for posting, deleting, and syncing.
- 6 Pick a listing from your brokerage's inventory and post your first one today
