Unsubscribe From Email

To stop receiving email from Listing AutomatEr, send an email to john@listingautomater.com from the address you want removed. You can also reply to any email we have sent you with the word “unsubscribe” in the subject or body.

Your request will be honored within 10 business days as required by the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003, and your email address will be permanently suppressed from all future commercial email lists. No further mailings will be sent, and no fee or other action is required on your part.

Opt Out of SMS / Text Messages

If you have received an SMS from Listing AutomatEr, reply STOP to that number. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts. To re-subscribe later, reply START. Message and data rates may apply. For questions, reply HELP or email john@listingautomater.com.

Social Media Messages

If you received a direct message from us on X, LinkedIn, Instagram, or Facebook Messenger and would prefer not to receive further outreach, reply with “stop” or “remove” to the same thread. You can also block or mute our account on the platform. We honor all such requests within 48 hours and will not contact you again.

Transactional Email

Unsubscribing from commercial email does not stop transactional email related to your paid subscription — receipts, billing notices, service outages, security alerts, and refund confirmations. These are sent only to active customers and cannot be opted out of while your account is active. To stop these, cancel your subscription per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

What Email Did I Get?

Commercial email from Listing AutomatEr may include:

• One-time introductions to Arizona real estate agents explaining our Facebook Marketplace automation tool
• Short-sequence follow-ups (up to 5 messages over 21 days) if no reply was received
• Occasional product-update announcements to active customers

We do not sell, rent, or share email addresses with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Record Retention

We retain suppression records indefinitely so that opt-outs are never accidentally re-mailed, even if you later resubscribe on a different list. The suppression list contains only the opted-out email address or phone number and the date of the opt-out — no other personal data.
