Listing AutomatEr provides software that helps real estate professionals post listings to third-party platforms such as Facebook Marketplace. Listing AutomatEr is the tool. You — the user — choose what to post and are responsible for your use. This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") explains the rules.
⚠️ Before you post anything: check with your broker.
Every brokerage has different rules about which listings agents can and cannot post to third-party platforms, and how. Before you post any listing through Listing AutomatEr — including your own — confirm with your broker of record that what you're about to do is allowed under your brokerage's rules. We cannot give you that permission. Only your broker can.
You are solely responsible for every listing, image, description, price, and piece of contact information you choose to post through Listing AutomatEr. Before posting any listing, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and authorization from the listing agent, your broker, the applicable multiple listing service, and any other rights-holder.
You agree to comply with:
You may not use Listing AutomatEr to:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless John Schuch (d/b/a Listing AutomatEr), its officers, employees, and contractors from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) any listing, content, or contact information you post through the tool; (b) your violation of this Acceptable Use Policy; (c) your violation of any applicable law, brokerage policy or rule, or third-party platform's terms of service; or (d) your violation of any third party's rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Listing AutomatEr at our discretion for violations of this AUP. We are not obligated to monitor your use, but we may investigate complaints and remove access where we believe, in good faith, a violation has occurred.
This Acceptable Use Policy is incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service. If there is a conflict between this AUP and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service control.
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to you by email or through the tool. Your continued use of Listing AutomatEr after a change constitutes acceptance.
